Salary: Starting at $20/Hour

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials.
• Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, and trim.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and company quality standards.
• Perform finishing work and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
