This is hands-on work — you'll be using drills, pliers, screwdrivers, and other hand tools to break down computer components, separating plastics, metals, and reusable parts so they can be properly recycled. What You'll Be Doing:

• Disassembling computers and electronic equipment using hand tools (drills, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Sorting and organizing plastic, metal, and other components into the correct bins for recycling
• Working efficiently and safely with small parts for extended periods
• Keeping your workstation organized and following proper handling procedures

What You Bring:

• Ability to stand and work with your hands for extended periods
• Comfort using basic hand tools (drills, pliers, screwdrivers)
• Strong attention to detail — this work is about doing it right, not just doing it fast
