Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and home comfort solutions
• Educate customers on heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and indoor air quality products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience required
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales experience is a strong plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations
