Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales / Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with inventory control processes and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.   • Inventory Systems: Skilled in POS/ERP platforms (e.g., Paladin, NetSuite, SAP).

  • Excel & Reporting: Creates and interprets spreadsheets and inventory reports.

  • Order Processing: Knowledgeable in POs, receiving, and stock transfers.

  Communication & Coordination

  • Team Player: Collaborates well with sales, buyers, and warehouse teams.

  • Clear Communicator: Effectively reports inventory status and issues.

  • Vendor Coordination: Manages orders, deliveries, and returns with suppliers.

  Bonus Skills

  • Creative support for marketing and merchandising is a plus.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly valued.
