Location: Glastonbury, CT
Pay: $19–$25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor etching and production equipment
• Set up machines according to established procedures and job requirements
• Load and unload parts and materials safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards
• Measure and verify parts using basic inspection equipment as required
• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or production concerns
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
