Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Assembly Associates for a leading manufacturing company in the Casa Grande area. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are mechanically inclined and enjoy working with tools in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Perform inspections and quality checks
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude and tool experience preferred
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including THC
• Clean background required
• Tobacco use is only allowed off site
