CNC Machinist | 4-Day Work Week

We’re hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join a growing manufacturing team in Tolland, CT. This is a great opportunity to put your machining expertise to work in a precision-focused, quality-driven environment while enjoying a consistent 1st-shift schedule and a 4-day workweek.

Location: Tolland, CT
Pay: $28–$32+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4x10-hour shifts
Shift: 1st Shift
Overtime: Fridays available as needed

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Produce precision components to print specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts meet requirements
• Perform precision inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
• Make machining adjustments and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

What You Bring

• 2+ years of CNC setup and operation experience preferred
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
• Strong blueprint-reading skills
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to consistently hold tight tolerances, including ±.0005"
• Experience in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 environment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
