Administrative Assistant – Medical Manufacturing

$20–$25 per hour | Monday–Friday | Bonita Springs

Are you organized, computer-savvy, and experienced with purchase orders and ERP systems? Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a growing medical manufacturing facility in Bonita Springs!

This is a full-time, on-site, evaluation-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and excellent benefits once hired permanently.

Pay:

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• 30-minute lunch
• No evenings or weekends!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the front desk and welcome visitors
• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders
• Save and organize packing slips and supporting documentation
• Process returns and credits
• Assist with invoicing and accounting-related administrative tasks
• Order office supplies and help coordinate facility needs
• Maintain accurate information in the company’s ERP system
• Create spreadsheets, reports, and documents
• Communicate with team members through Microsoft Teams
• Provide general administrative support throughout the facility

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous ERP system experience is required
• Purchase order experience is required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Teams
• Experience with invoicing, packing slips, returns, or credits is preferred
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
