Live-In Housekeeper / Hospitality Couple

Location: Klamath Falls, OR
Employment Type: Direct Hire – Full-Time
Compensation: $3,000/month combined, plus private apartment and utilities
Start Date: ASAP – training available before September 15

A private hospitality property is seeking an experienced, dependable live-in couple to take over day-to-day front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and property support responsibilities. The current couple has been in the position for approximately 10 years, and the new team will have the opportunity to train alongside them before their departure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a couple looking for stable, long-term employment with housing provided.

Schedule & Compensation

• Live-in position
• Approximately 9:00 AM–10:00 PM daily, with responsibilities varying throughout the day
• $3,000/month combined compensation
• Private apartment provided
• All utilities included
• Direct-hire position
• Training available immediately

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Perform housekeeping and maintain clean, organized guest areas
• Handle laundry
• Answer phones and assist with basic guest questions
• Process payments and provide receipts
• Complete daily deposits and basic recordkeeping
• Use a computer for basic administrative tasks
• Monitor the property and address day-to-day issues
• Identify problems and find solutions independently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, property management, hotel/motel, or similar experience required
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Comfortable working independently and as a team
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable handling money, receipts, and deposits
• Must be a strong problem solver
• Professional references required
• Must maintain a drug-free and alcohol-free work environment
• Must be willing and able to live on the property and meet the schedule and housing requirements of the position
