Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Yreka team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking within the community, and helping local businesses solve workforce challenges.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our staffing and workforce solutions throughout Siskiyou County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Meet with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to identify hiring needs.
• Present and promote Express Employment Professionals' staffing and workforce solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular sales calls and client visits within the assigned territory.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements.
• Meet sales goals and activity targets.
• Represent Express Employment Professionals at community events, networking functions, and local business organizations.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, business development, account management, or customer service experience is a must.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
