Location: Hamden, CT
Pay: $19–$25/hour, based on experience
1st Shift Schedule Options:

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  OR
• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM + Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC milling machines and lathes
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers
• Make basic machine offsets and adjustments
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready

What You Bring

• 1+ year of CNC machining or milling experience preferred, but not required
• Experience using calipers and micrometers
• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Dependable, safety-conscious approach to your work
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
