Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in quality workmanship? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Welder to join our growing team.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

✅ Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on project requirements)

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

✅ Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components

✅ Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy

✅ Operate welding equipment and related tools safely

✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area

✅ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

✅ Assist with general shop duties as needed

✅ Requirements

✔ Previous welding experience preferred

✔ Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints

✔ Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Ability to lift 50+ pounds

✔ Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

➕ Welding certifications are a plus

➕ Fabrication experience

➕ Experience with manufacturing, construction, or industrial welding

➕ Ability to operate grinders, saws, and other shop equipment
