We’re hiring a CNC Set-Up professional in Hamden, CT, with pay ranging from $21–$45/hour based on experience. You’ll have the opportunity to put your machining skills to work, support production, and play a key role in making sure quality parts are produced accurately and efficiently.

And the schedule? Four-day workweeks are available!

Location: Hamden, CT
Pay: $21–$45/hour DOE
Schedule Options:

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  OR
• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM + Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Set up and program CNC milling machines, lathes, and Swiss machines
• Monitor machines and make adjustments during operation
• Support operators and assist with part inspections
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect finished parts using calipers and micrometers
• Assist with first-piece inspections
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining or milling experience preferred
• Experience with calipers and micrometers
• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
