***CNC Lathe Machinist Needed for an outstanding company located in South Houston.

 

 

CNC Machinist 

The ability to setup CNC lathe, as we do not use set up men 

• Put in jaws 

• Cut jaws as required for the job 

• Put in tools and touch off tooling 

• Edit program as required 

 

The ability to run a CNC lathe 

• Hold tolerance to within .0005” 

• Has used Fanuc control 

• The ability to cutting stainless steel 

• Experience cutting face groove and ID grooves 

 

2 or more years of machining experience preferred  

Experience running lathes with live tooling is a plus 

Self-motivated 

The ability to work without constant supervision 

Pay is based on experience and ability; the starting pay rate is from $24 to $35 per hour
