Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys maintenance, repairs, and general labor? We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our properties in great condition.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

✅ Complete apartment/home make-readies for new residents

✅ Perform general maintenance and repair tasks

✅ Basic plumbing repairs, including:

• Sink plumbing
• Tub plumbing
• Replacing or repairing simple pipes and fixtures

✅ Basic electrical repairs, including:

• Replacing charging adapters
• Troubleshooting and replacing ceiling fans
• Replacing light fixtures and switches

✅ Interior and exterior painting

✅ Patching and filling holes in walls

✅ General labor and property upkeep

✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

✅ Requirements

✔ Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs

✔ Experience with painting, drywall patching, and general maintenance

✔ Ability to use common hand and power tools

✔ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Valid Driver's License preferred

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

➕ Previous apartment, residential, or property maintenance experience

➕ General handyman experience

➕ Experience completing make-readies/turnovers
