Are you safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working around heavy equipment? We're looking for a Heavy Equipment Spotter/Flagger to help maintain safe operations on active construction and industrial job sites.

👷 What You'll Do

✅ Guide operators of excavators, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment during operations

✅ Direct backing, dumping, loading, and tight-clearance maneuvers

✅ Maintain constant awareness of personnel, equipment, and site hazards

✅ Communicate clearly with equipment operators using standard hand signals and verbal communication

✅ Help ensure a safe and productive work environment

✅ Assist with general site duties as needed

✅ Requirements

✔ OSHA 10 Certification Required

✔ Knowledge of hand signals used around heavy equipment

✔ Strong communication and situational awareness skills

✔ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

✔ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

✔ Strong commitment to job site safety

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

➕ Previous construction, excavation, or industrial site experience

➕ Experience working around heavy equipment operations

➕ Traffic control or flagging experience
