Express Employment Professionals, voted one of Forbes Best Temporary/Professional Staffing Firms, is seeking a Recruiter for their award winning Ann Arbor location! This position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, so we are only accepting local applicants.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess the ability to manage multiple accounts and handle a high volume of recruiting calls.

Restaurant and retail management experience encouraged to apply!

What You'll be Doing as a Recruiter

• Responsible for recruiting manufacturing & industrial candidates to fill open client positions.
• Effectively manage requisition load, which may range from 15-30 openings at a given time
• Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, schedule and conduct in person interviews
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals
• Responsible for developing sourcing plans to fill open positions and strategies to create a consistent source of “warm" candidates for certain positions
• Initiate, organize and participate in job fairs and events
• Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Recruiter

• Account management or previous sales preferred
• Proven ability to achieve metrics as set by management
• Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• Associate degree preferred
