Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a skilled Tool Maker for a leading Missoula manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist who enjoys precision work, problem-solving, and creating custom tooling solutions.

Job Duties

• Design, build, repair, and modify tools, molds, jigs, and fixtures
• Operate manual and CNC machines, grinders, and EDM equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Inspect completed work using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot and maintain tooling and equipment
• Work closely with engineering and production teams on custom projects
• Document tooling specifications and maintenance records
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous Tool Maker experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience
• 3-5 years of Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Able to work independently and within a team
• EDM and 4th/5th axis experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday
• 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Three-day weekends every week
