Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Production Control Coordinator for a reputable Missoula manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.

Job Duties

• Coordinate production schedules and work orders
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability
• Maintain and update ERP/MRP system data
• Work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and shipping teams
• Track inventory, production progress, and customer deadlines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency
• Ensure production documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• ERP/MRP software experience preferred
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
