Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Insurance Account Manager for a respected company in Dubuque, IA. This is a customer-focused role that works directly with clients and carriers to provide exceptional service, maintain strong relationships, and ensure accounts are managed efficiently.

Insurance experience is not required. Our client is willing to train the right candidate and is primarily looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Serve as a primary point of contact for account questions and service requests
• Coordinate account activities and policy servicing needs
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Resolve client concerns and provide timely solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Maintain organized and accurate account records
• Support day-to-day account management and customer service activities

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
