• 3rd Shift Warehouse & Operations Supervisor

  Rockford, IL | Direct Hire | Full-Time

  A growing feed manufacturing company in Rockford is looking for an experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to lead their overnight team. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that offers excellent benefits and competitive pay.

  Pay & Schedule

  • $30+ per hour, based on experience
  • +$2.00/hour shift differential
  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–6:00 AM

  Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise warehouse and production employees
  • Oversee overnight operations and ensure productivity and safety
  • Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and raw materials
  • Monitor employee performance and attendance
  • Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations
  • Complete shift reports and communicate issues to management
  • Operate forklifts and assist with warehouse duties as needed
  • Ensure quality, sanitation, and safety standards are followed

  Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food/feed production, or a related industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
