Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Express Employment Professionals on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join a local Cold Storage facility in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation to hire
•    Schedule: 2nd shift
•    Location: Omaha, Ne
•    Pay/Salary: Up to $26/hr.

Job Duties:
•    Supervise and coordinate production team activities during 2nd shift operations.
•    Ensure daily production schedules, productivity targets, and customer requirements are achieved.
•    Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
•    Provide coaching, training, and development to production team members.
•    Enforce food safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
•    Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•     2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or related environments. 
•    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
•    Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold storage environment for extended periods. 
•    Knowledge of workplace safety standards and production operations. 
•     Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
