Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for preparing client invoices, managing accounts receivable activities, maintaining accurate billing records, and providing exceptional support to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and distribute client invoices accurately and on time
• Review billing information for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to invoice-related inquiries
• Coordinate with project managers and administrative staff regarding billing matters
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing processes
• Support the accounting department with additional projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
