We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, can keep up during busy service periods, and takes pride in preparing consistent, high-quality food. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook looking to join a professional kitchen team in a beautiful North Shore setting.

The starting wage is $18/hour and may increase based on level of experience and a current ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Work various stations on the line and keep up with orders during busy service periods
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and timing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience required
• Knowledge of proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
• Reliable and dependable attendance is required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
