Responsibilities

Chiller QA Technician

  • Monitor and record product temperatures using industrial data recorders
  • Collect, label, and document samples for microbiological and freeze/thaw testing
  • Prepare and stage samples for laboratory pickup
  • Maintain accurate quality records and complete all assigned documentation
  • Perform additional QA duties as needed

Tray/Cup Line QA Technician

  • Weigh and verify products on tray, cup, and single-portion packaging lines
  • Record packaging line downtime and identify root causes
  • Collect, label, and document product samples for quality testing
  • Ensure packaging consistently meets quality standards and specifications
  • Perform additional QA duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards preferred
  • Strong basic math skills and comfort using a calculator
  • Ability to read and interpret industrial thermometers
  • Reliable attendance and sharp attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn — we'll train dependable candidates

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 70 pounds
  • Work in temperatures ranging from subzero to 100°F
  • Stand for extended periods on hard, wet flooring
  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, twist, and reach overhead
  • Accurately weigh, inspect, and document packaged food products
