Welder Fitter Fabricator

Salary: $23.18/hr

Job Summary: Currently seeking Welder Fitter Fabricator for a manufacturing company in the Sarver, PA area.

 

Job Duties:

• Ability to read blueprints

• Work in a 4 – 5-person crew, to layout and fit steel. 95% MIG welding and 5% stick welding.

• Welders will fabricate the steel building structure.

• All building joints and seams are continuously welded using .035 wire and Lincoln welding equipment.

• Building materials include; 10-gauge plate, ¼” tube steel, steel angle and small amounts of stainless and galvanized metals.

 

Location: Sarver, PA.

Position Type: Temp-to Hire

Pay: $23.18/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00am -2:30pm (When business warrants the demand, 10-hour days and 5-hour Saturdays are expected)

 

Requirements:

• 3 – 10 years’ experience
• Ability to supply your own hand tools
• Ability to read/use a tape measurer, plasma cutting, torch cutting
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
