Position Summary

A well-established Graphics company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana area is seeking an experienced Shop Assistant to join its team. This role is critical to keeping the shop clean, safe, and functioning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in shop processes.

Key Responsibilities

• General cleaning/housekeeping duties
• General shop organization.
• Building and taping boxes
• Assisting technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, and other shop personnel

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in shop or warehouse settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience prefferred
