Tank Truck Driver CDL-B – West Baton Rouge Parish

Full Time – Evaluation Hire

$18-20 / hr 

Monday – Sunday, 6:00 am-6 pm Depending on the Weather

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring a CDL B Tank Truck Driver for a road construction company in  West Baton Rouge Parish. The Ideal Candidate will have experience driving an F-750 with a 1200-gallon tank at the rear.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Tank Truck Driver:  

• Safely and Effectively Operating an F-750 with a Tank on the back spraying cold asphalt for road repair.
• Cleaning the Truck and Tank, as well as keeping the truck fueled.
• Yard clean up and maintenance when needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties may be necessary.
• perform daily pre-trip inspections.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

• CDL-B or CDL-A with a clean driving record REQUIRED.
• Air brake Endorsement REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with CDL driving REQUIRED.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform manual labor REQUIRED.
• Past experience in construction is a PLUS.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Must be comfortable and able to do outdoor road construction work when required.
