JOB DESCRIPTION
Selected candidates will be responsible for expediting incoming repair related requests from equipment drivers including communicating outcomes to appropriate partners and vendors. Those actions must be performed ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. Decisions must be made in accordance with DOT/FMCSA regulations as it relates to the transportation industry and company needs. Candidates must have high-volume customer service experience with courteous and professional communication skills by phone and e-mail. Must have average computer proficiency. Automotive knowledge is strongly preferred. Long-term to hire position.

Monday, (off Tuesday-Thursday), Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
