Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Lead Maintenance Technician for a recycling and material processing facility in Batavia. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping plant equipment operating safely and efficiently while helping lead maintenance priorities during the shift.

What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant and processing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Diagnose mechanical problems and complete necessary repairs
• Prioritize maintenance needs and respond to equipment breakdowns
• Maintain safe work practices and accurate maintenance records

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance or equipment repair experience required
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with heavy equipment, production machinery, or processing equipment preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable taking the lead when needed

Pay: $25–$30/hr, based on experience

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 12:00pm–9:00pm, Full-Time + Overtime
