About the Role

What You Will Do

• Equipment Setup & Operation: Perform proper setup, calibration, and efficient operation of production machinery and aerosol line equipment for daily runs.

• Line Monitoring & Adjustments: Monitor production equipment continuously and make precise operational adjustments during runs according to process sheets.

• Material & Fill Verification: Ensure required components and raw materials are accurately placed according to specific job fill records.

• Troubleshooting: Maintain steady production flow while troubleshooting and clearing minor line issues as they arise.

• Station Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and safe work environment around the line in compliance with facility safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Prior experience operating production, packaging, or manufacturing machinery preferred.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using hand tools, monitoring machine settings, and making operational line adjustments.

• Detail Focus: Ability to follow written fill records accurately, track component specs, and maintain strict quality standards.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move along the line continuously throughout full shifts.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Berkeley, MO 63134.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
