About the Role

In this fast-paced equipment operation role, you will pick bulk cases of product from high-bay storage racks, stage inventory, and load cases into distribution flow bins. This position requires proven experience operating standing equipment—including stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and turret/swing-reach trucks. What You Will Do

• Bulk Case Picking: Select and pull cases from high-bay bulk racks and transport them to designated staging areas.

• Flow Bin Loading: Accurately load staged product cases into distribution flow bins for outgoing fulfillment lines.

• Standing Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers (cherry pickers), and turret (swing-reach) trucks across high-density storage bays.

• High-Bay Navigation: Confidently work at elevated heights within high-bay warehouse racking environments.

• Inventory & Quality Control: Verify item numbers, case counts, and order tickets to ensure 100% picking accuracy before staging.

• Dock Safety: Strictly adhere to facility safety protocols, safety harness guidelines, and equipment inspections.

What You Need

• Equipment Experience: Hands-on experience operating standing equipment required—specifically stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and turret trucks (Note: Facility utilizes standing equipment only).

• Comfort at Heights: Completely comfortable working at elevated heights on order picker and turret truck platforms.

• Schedule Availability: Full commitment to working 2nd shift hours, including mandatory weekend shifts.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy cases of product, bend, reach, and operate standing machinery throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks, equipment evaluations, and screenings.
