About the Role

You will keep high-speed conveyor lines flowing, build tight shipping pallets, inspect outgoing packaging, and ensure customer orders head out the door safely and on time. What You Will Do

• Line Offloading & Sorting: Clear packed cartons off active conveyor lines, organizing and sorting packages accurately by shipping zone.

• Pallet Stacking: Build square, balanced, and secure pallets to prevent product tipping or shifting during transit.

• Packaging Inspection: Inspect outgoing boxes to verify proper tape seals, clear shipping labels, and damage-free packaging.

• Cross-Dock Support: Work alongside order pickers, packers, and equipment operators to meet daily plant fulfillment goals.

• Line Safety & Upkeep: Keep conveyor line areas, walkways, and staging bays clean, organized, and free of hazards.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Warehouse, packaging, or light industrial line experience preferred (entry-level applicants welcome).

• Speed & Stamina: Ability to keep pace with continuous conveyor lines in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

• Detail & Quality Focus: Sharp eye for catching mislabeled boxes, weak packaging, or unstable pallet builds.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63106.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
