What You Will Do

• Accurate Order Picking: Locate and select items using pick sheets, RF handheld scanners, or automated order tracking systems.

• Quality Packing: Securely box, wrap, and pack products according to customer specifications to ensure damage-free transit.

• Shipping Prep: Attach accurate shipping labels, manifest orders, and route completed packages to outbound loading bays.

• Order Verification: Inspect items for correct quantities, matching part numbers, and product quality before sealing shipments.

• Station Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked packing station to support smooth workflow.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Prior warehouse, order picking, packing, or light industrial experience preferred (entry-level applicants welcome).

• Detail & Accuracy: Sharp eye for matching item codes, verifying quantities, and placing shipping labels correctly.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift packages consistently throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
