• Order Verification: Perform final quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure all items, quantities, and packaging standards are accurate before carrier dispatch.

• WMS Scanning: Utilize handheld RF scanners to scan package barcodes, log tracking data, and update inventory statuses in real-time.

• Shipment Processing: Feed packaged goods through automated dimensioning, weighing, and labeling equipment for parcel and freight processing.

• Outbound Logistics: Organize, palletize, and stage outgoing shipments on the dock to meet daily carrier departure deadlines.

• Station Upkeep: Maintain clean, safe, and organized packing stations, shipping lanes, and equipment work areas.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow facility safety protocols and standard work instructions during all material handling operations.

What You Need

• Scanner Experience: Prior experience using handheld RF scanners or mobile inventory terminals preferred.

• Detail Focus: Sharp eye for catching picking errors, mismatched labels, or damaged goods in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfort using basic computerized shipping systems, dimensioning scales, and tracking software.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift packages consistently throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Earth City, MO 63045.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
