What You Will Do

• Specialized Equipment Operation: Safely operate clamp trucks and sit-down forklifts to transport, stack, receive, and maneuver product across shipping and staging floors.

• Rail & Crane Operations: Utilize remote-controlled overhead cranes and operate track mobiles to safely maneuver rail cars in and out of the facility bay.

• Inbound & Outbound Processing: Pull work orders and process shipping/receiving documentation accurately using handheld RF scanners.

• Quality & Exception Inspections: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality, noting material exceptions or product damage on manifests.

• Facility Prep: Open the facility and prepare daily equipment (turning on plant lighting, cycling bay doors) while strictly following safety protocols.

• Floor Safety: Adhere to all facility safety guidelines, maintaining high spatial awareness in active dock areas.

What You Need

• Clamp Truck Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating clamp attachments required.

• Forklift Experience: 1–2 years of standard forklift operation experience required.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience using handheld RF scan guns and managing inventory records within tracking systems.

• Specialized Capability: Comfort or familiarity operating track mobiles and remote cranes is a strong plus.

• Reliability: Daily punctuality, rock-solid work ethic, and dependable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
