What You Will Do

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain clean, safe, and operational conditions across production floors, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

• Light Repairs & Touch-Ups: Perform interior touch-up painting, basic drywall patching, and minor building maintenance using hand tools.

• 6S & Lean Support: Drive 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) lean manufacturing organization initiatives across the plant floor.

• Continuous Improvement: Assist facility leadership with plant improvement projects to streamline daily production flow.

• Safety Auditing: Inspect facility areas to identify and report maintenance needs, structural repairs, or safety hazards immediately.

What You Need

• Experience Level: Handyman, mechanical, or facility upkeep experience required (apartment maintenance, building superintendent, or industrial facility background is a major plus).

• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and painting supplies for minor building upkeep.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

• Personal Protective Equipment: Steel-toe work boots strictly required on day one.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Peters, MO.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
