Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations in a production-focused environment. This position requires operators who are confident handling high-stack storage, double forks, and wide pallet loads while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate understands that safe product movement and attention to detail are just as important as meeting production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment

· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments

· Transport, store, and retrieve products from warehouse storage locations

· Perform high-stack forklift operations

· Handle wide pallet loads and double-fork configurations

· Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment

· Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

· Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and warehouse standards

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Support daily production and shipping schedules while maintaining safety and accuracy

Qualifications

· Recent forklift operating experience required

· Experience with high stacking, double forks, and wide pallet loads strongly preferred

· Demonstrated commitment to safe forklift operation

· Ability to safely work around pedestrians, equipment, and warehouse traffic

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

· Reliable attendance and punctuality

· Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
