Position Details:
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Bellingham, WA
Pay: $19.13/HR
What You'll Do
Packaging Responsibilities:
- Perform regular line audits to ensure products meet quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery
- Monitor machinery performance and cleanliness
- Identify and remove defective products - Inspect packages to ensure they are damage-free
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Follow company packaging specifications and production guidelines
- Prepare production areas for the following workday
- Complete required record keeping and documentation
- Perform dishwashing and sanitation duties
- Assist with training team members when needed
Production Responsibilities:
- Monitor food production and cooking equipment
- Adjust machine settings and controls as needed
- Program kitchen equipment according to company recipes and standards
- Load and measure ingredients following recipes and production requirements
- Follow written recipes and production instructions
- Deposit batter and prepare products for baking - Load baking racks into ovens at assigned temperatures and times
- Move finished products to cooling areas for packaging
- Inspect finished products for quality, size, and consistency
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
