Salary: Starting at $20/Hour

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and providing excellent service over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and ensure all information is accurate.
• Enter and process orders in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer orders.
• Work with team members to ensure orders are completed efficiently and correctly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and data entry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Previous customer service or order-entry experience is preferred but not required.
