We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Coordinator Shift Lead to oversee first-shift shipping operations and support warehouse team members. This role is responsible for coordinating daily shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and helping maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support shipping team members during 1st shift operations.
• Coordinate and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and help meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper shipping documentation.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and productivity throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift materials as needed.
