Salary: Starting at $16.00/Hour

• Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform lawn maintenance, landscaping, and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Assist with a variety of duties as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at customer properties.
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operation guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule and to company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate landscaping equipment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Leadership potential and desire for career advancement.
