Production Worker

Located in Albany, OR

Salary: $16.30–$16.80/hr

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a manufacturing team. This entry-level position involves operating production equipment, inspecting and packaging products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production line equipment and monitor machinery.
• Inspect, count, stack, separate, and package products.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently while maintaining product quality.

Requirements:

• Entry-level; 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete paperwork.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification through the company.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 58 lbs. and perform repetitive standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise, dust, odors, and moving equipment.
