Are you looking for a hands-on position where no two days are the same? We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Laborer to join our team. This role involves mixing pigments and chemicals to create paint products, assisting with order fulfillment, and supporting daily shop operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Mix pigments, powders, and chemicals according to product specifications.
• Follow established procedures to manufacture paint products safely and accurately.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed to move materials and finished products.
• Handle and transport raw materials throughout the shop.
• Assist with preparing and completing customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and general housekeeping when necessary.
• Walk throughout the facility to monitor processes and complete assigned tasks.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
