Join our award winning team of industry experts as a Professional Recruiter. This role partners with our Specialized Recruiting Group as they serve our client companies through selection and placement of well qualified local professionals in Accounting, Engineering and Senior Leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with professionals in our region to advise them of opportunities, the RIGHT

opportunities at the RIGHT pay, that would result in career advancement and growth.

• Use tools like indeed, LinkedIn, Google, and our own applicant tracking system to perform

recruiting based activities across Central Illinois.

• Conduct professional first interviews and prepare selected finalists for client based follow-up.
• Attend local career fairs and become the expert on graduating professionals at area

universities.

• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Ability to help people make big decisions
• Results driven “go-getter”, self-motived with a winner’s attitude
• Must be humble and emotionally intelligent, this is a people business
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Possessing a curious nature with an engaging personality, you’ll be having conversations and

using your words on the phone and sometimes in person.

• Knowledge of recruiting processes, accounting and finance, or other related experiences.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
