Soybean Receiving & Bulk Loadout Operator

Job Type: Seasonal / Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with soybean receiving, unloading, storage, and bulk loading operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming loads.
• Collect and label product samples.
• Ensure products are placed in the correct bins.
• Monitor unloading and loading processes.
• Complete basic paperwork and quality records.
• Clean equipment between different crops and varieties.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report any quality, safety, or equipment concerns.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, growers, and team members.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and organized.
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Schedule:

• October–December: 11 AM–8 PM
• Hours will transition to 9 AM–6 PM, then 7 AM–4 PM as the season slows down.
