Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC mills, lathes, and other production equipment to produce quality parts according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience using precision measuring tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Perform routine machine setup and tool changes as required.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
