Got the electrical know-how and the drive to fix it right the first time? We need a Field Service Technician who can troubleshoot compressors, motors, and control panels — and keep West Texas running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•       Troubleshoot and make repairs on compressors, electric motors, and control panels — electrical knowledge is a must.

•       Complete field service tickets daily using the Company platform (training provided).

•       Start up new and used equipment according to OEM specs.

•       Perform preventative maintenance per reference materials and company guidelines.

•       Adhere to the call-out rotation as assigned, including weekends and holidays.

•       Comply with all applicable safety and environmental policies and procedures.

•       Coordinate the setting of new units.

•       Work independently and meet deadlines.

•       Drive a Company vehicle; must maintain a current, valid driver's license.

•       Submit reports to leadership.

•       Attend all required safety and technology training courses offered by the Company.

•       May be asked to present training sessions related to your assigned program or section.

•       Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

•       Valid driver's license required for consideration.

•       Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge on motors, compressors, and control panels.

•       Willingness to work a call-out rotation, including weekends and holidays.

•       Self-starter who works well independently and meets deadlines.
