Shop Technician Level 1

Location: Tomball, TX 77377
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Overtime: Required as needed

We’re looking for a Shop Technician Level 1 to join a growing oil and gas drilling company! This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn and grow in a hands-on shop environment.

You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to build a career.

Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with tools and equipment
Reliable and dependable
Punctual with excellent attendance
Eager to learn new skills and grow within the company
Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
Good listener who can follow instructions and safety procedures
Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment
Willing and able to work overtime when required
General duties as assigned
