Production Associate – $16.50+ per hour

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Associate for a local company in Athens, TN.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Producing production goods utilizing available equipment.
• Responsible for the quality and correctness of all BOM filled which includes working safely and operating all equipment in a safe manner.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
• Ensure that every item produced will meet customer quality standards. This includes the use of proper materials, drips and other appearance attributes are checked and acceptable.

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Ability to lift 50lb

Production Associate Shift:

• 2nd shift Monday-Thursday
• 4:00pm-2:45am
• Overtime available
